Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Tirana, Department of Stomatology, in 1969.
During the years 1981–1982, he specialized in the field of Orthopedic Stomatology at the Faculty of Medicine.
During the years 1992–1995, he completed a private specialization in Rome (Italy) in the field of Prosthetic Stomatology.
From 1994 onwards, he has been involved in pedagogical activities as a lecturer in the field of Stomatology at the Faculty of Medicine, as well as in several other higher education institutions such as Medikadent, Dental Art, Kristal, etc.
During the years 2005–2010, he served as the Head of the Department of Stomatology at Kristal University.
He has extensive experience in the field of healthcare organization and management, successfully serving in key positions such as Chief of Health for the Dibër District (1985–1992), Head of the Stomatology Sector at the Ministry of Health, Member of the Collegium of the Ministry of Health, Chief of Stomatology Services for Tirana, Director of the University Stomatology Clinic, etc.
He is the author of over 100 scientific publications in the field of Stomatology, presented both domestically and internationally, with 25 of them published in foreign journals and international activities.
He has published a monograph on “Full Dentures”, several textbooks, and cycles of lectures for higher education institutions specializing in Stomatology.
He has worked in several dental clinics, the University Stomatology Clinic, and for 4 years in Rome, Italy.
In May 1999, he defended his thesis, earning the title “Doctor of Medical Sciences”.
In 2010, he was awarded the title “Associate Professor”.
He is the President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Albania and a Member of the Association of Prosthodontists of EUROPE.
At the “EVIDENT” Dental Clinic, he performs the duties of a Prosthodontic Specialist.
